We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return without giving any reason. Although we would love to hear why the item wasn't right for you so we can improve. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

For all items purchased on SALE we will deduct the return shipping cost of 7chf from your re-fund.

A return shipping label is included in your parcel for easy return shipment.
