All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached. We reserve the right of proof for the shipping date.

> Items (except swimwear, socks and beauty products) purchased at full price and SALE items up to 30% Discount can be returned or exchanged for free. 

> A return shipping label is included in your parcel for easy return shipment.

> Items purchased on SALE and with Discounts greater than 30% are considered as FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. Exchange with another size is possible for SALE items if the size is still available.

>> FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

> Items (except swimwear, jewellery, socks and beauty products) purchased at full price can be returned to the store and are eligible for exchange or store credit.

> Any items purchased on SALE are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit, including items sold at promotional discounts.

International/EU shipping cost is non-refundable. All cost for return shipment ( EU and international) is the responsibility of the customer. This includes orders with free shipping. 

Your account will be credited within 5 business days of receipt, less shipping charges. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer's processing time.

You have the option to easily return your purchased item in our store in Zürich free of charge during the opening hours.
